Seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of the short-term sector of the U.S. Treasury market including all publicly issued U.S. Treasury securities that have a remaining maturity of 1-3 years, are non-convertible, are denominated in U.S. dollars, are rated investment grade by Moody's Investors Service, are fixed rate, and have $250 million or more of outstanding face value.
